EXPERTISE PROVIDING SOUND LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE:

Jay’s career was built following a distinguished career as a Coast Guard Officer, which taught him that leadership is the art that accomplishes what the science of management believes impossible.

Jay is passionate about what he does, and that shows in his work, fitting into and improving cultures, while leading with positive urgency. He loves both creativity and analytics, combining the two to guide companies to the best decisions quickly, and then focusing on execution. He works hard, uses data as his guide, works to influence over control, and “gets things done”. In short, Jay cares!
